Our experience re selling our property was perfect. The communications between the 'parties' (Paul/us, buyer's realtor/Paul) were accurate and timely, discussions were unemotional and reasonable and Paul's many suggestions proved to be productive. Everything that needed to be addressed was addressed in a timely fashion. (Clearly the advantage of dealing with a real estate professional vs. a low commission salesperson. I also think Paul's knowledge of the housing market in Bayview was of significant benefit.) The support staff at Shorewest was also impressive. We would welcome the opportunity to recommend Paul and Lisa....and Shorewest.
